I love shops like this! I love everything that you showed here in your pictures! I have a collection of old spools, and lots of little antique things. I could have spent all day here! There are always so many neat things to gather.
My parents want to sell their house and they are trying to unload lots of wonderful goodies and antiques.

Old teapots, one a copper one from Finland (where my grandpa came from). Another teapot that is about 100 years old. I got a stack of name cards from my other grandpas graduation... I would love to get my mother's ration stamps from the depression... I am working on those. Wow, it is so fun to get these treasures, and to know the stories that pair up with the items is a huge bonus. Thank you for the travel shots! I love being a armchair traveler! Hi Susan here I am in your blog, before getting on with my own.You are so interesting , that I stay here to look and read, and then dont have time to get on my own!!
One of my D's is a Shabby chic fan and it is nice to go to her place to see all her lovely things.
I have another friend that I am going to see today and you cant move in her house for all the pretty things she has Shabby chic.
I do like it too by the way but also like modern and up to date.
Your stroll thru the Merc was great, and you seem like me, I am a shopper wanderer, so I know where to go next time for what I want Thats my excuse anyway. I have friends who get in and get out for what they want so I dont like shopping with them. I think you and I would do ok if we went shopping together. Thanks for the Stroll.
