We're thinking about making a snowman on the deck. The hubby is a bit concerned about the weight of all this snow on the deck. I hope those lag bolts hold, cause it's going to be a while before I start shoveling.

That does not look like fun... I don't care what anybody says. Looks like work to me! :) Stay warm, make soup, do art. That sounds like a plan for me. Ha!
Wow! LOve these photos, Susan. Good excuse to cuddle up and stay by the fire. Send pics if you venture out to make snow creations. It was 70 here yesterday. Lots of wind last night then down to a whopping 58 today!

Your deck should be okay. Looks like light fluffy snow. How I wish the storm was coming up farther north but its not, so we won't see any of it.:> (
