Seek and Search

Thanks to all who wished me well from my mini cold. I'm all better now.

Here is the journal page I worked on this week. I have worked so much on little dolls to sell, that one even found her way onto the journal page. The journaling for this page reads:

Wisdom is there for you
But you must seek her
Remember to do your part
Search and Seek and
You will find
Do not stop seeking
You never get it all

The dolls are made, and I have my descriptions ready. All I need to do is take their little pictures and list them. I am so hesitant to do this. Everyone at the library encouraged me to sell them. Everyone seemed to like them. But still, I am so new to this aspect of art. It is just different for me. I've never really sold any of my work. I sometimes give it away. I guess I'll just go for it and see what happens.

Well that's all for now. Let's stay in tomorrow if it is icy, and if you have to go out, please, please be careful. (I know, I'm a mother hen). Ta, Ta.

Glad you are feeling better! Love the journal page. I look at the selling part like this-If they sell great! If not then I will finally have enough stuff to do an art show.

Glad your feeling better - I keep my fingers crossed... I don't want a bug! I really like the journal face and the little doll. Such a sweet face. :)

Hi Susan,

Love the page you created and the poem to go along...I am anxious to see your dolls. Are they like the one on the front of the journal? Are they made of fabric? Oh, I get excited when people create dolls. They are one of my favorites. I am getting ready to send some of my things out to a local shop - this is my first time sending items out under a business name. I've had earrings at a beauty shop which is good as it helps to pay for my hair care. Wishing you total wellness, successful doll sales, and warmer weather. Angelina
